1) Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Contact Details of the Controller

  • Mailchimp uses tracking pixels to measure open/click rates.

  • Data collected is pseudonymized and not merged with other data.

  • Mailchimp may also use data for its own optimization and analytics under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • We have a Data Processing Agreement with Mailchimp under EU standard contractual clauses.

8) Data Processing for Order Handling

8.1 Personal data will be shared with shipping and payment providers where necessary for fulfilling the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

8.2 Use of Payment Service Providers:

  • Apple Pay: Uses Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. Details: Apple Pay Privacy

  • PayPal: May perform credit checks for certain payment methods.
