Welcome to www.highframes.com (“Site”), operated by 2Raw Aerials GmbH (“Highframes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site, platform, and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance & Modifications

2. About Our Services

Highframes is a stock video platform that licenses high-quality video footage and related media (“Highframes Content”) to creators, brands, and businesses for use in film, digital, and commercial projects. Access to most content requires a paid subscription or license agreement.

Unless explicitly stated in a license agreement, you may not download, display, distribute, or incorporate any Highframes Content into your work.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content on this Site—including but not limited to video clips, metadata, watermarks, design elements, and software—is owned by Highframes or its contributors and protected under global copyright and intellectual property laws.

Without a valid license, you may not:
- Copy, download, or display any Highframes Content;
- Use Highframes Content in videos, ads, websites, or social media;
- Remove watermarks or copyright notices;
- Resell or sublicense Highframes Content;
- Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools to extract data from the Site.

Licenses grant you limited, non-exclusive rights to use Highframes Content in accordance with the specific terms of your purchase.

4. Trademarks & Branding

“Highframes,” the Highframes logo, and all related branding elements are the intellectual property of 2Raw Aerials GmbH. You may not use our trademarks, brand assets, or Site design in any way that suggests partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without our prior written consent.

5. Your Account

To license content or use premium features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information;
- Protect your account credentials;
- Be fully responsible for all activity under your account.

Highframes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse, unauthorized access, or breach of these Terms.

6. Your Uploaded Content

If you upload content (e.g., profile images, project files, metadata), you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use it;
- It does not violate any third-party rights;
- It complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

You grant Highframes a limited license to use and store your uploaded content for platform functionality and support purposes.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not upload, share, or use Highframes Content in any way that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights;
- Is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or deceptive;
- Promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity;
- Exploits minors or depicts animal cruelty;
- Violates applicable law or regulations.

8. Termination & Access Restrictions

Highframes may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or content without notice if:
- You breach these Terms or any license agreement;
- You use the Site in a way that disrupts service or endangers other users;
- Required by law or legal process.

9. Third-Party Links

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

You use the Site at your own risk. The Site and all Highframes Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Highframes does not guarantee:

- That downloads or features will be error-free.

Any implied warranties are limited to 30 days from your first use of the Site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Highframes, its affiliates, contributors, and staff from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your:

- Violation of third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.

If no amicable solution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre.

- The seat of arbitration shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
- The language of the arbitration shall be English.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.

Highframes also reserves the right to seek interim or injunctive relief before any competent court in Zurich, including to prevent misuse of intellectual property.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

For any matters not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
